Well Chef Russ (me) stepped into the kitchen again on saturday and made one of my fabulous recipes inspired by the movie No Reservations called Scallops with Saffron Sauce.
I enjoy cooking gourmet meals. I have a few really good recipes I like to make, and I usually try them out on our friends Brett & Paula.
One of my signature dishes is Ahi Tuna in Soy Ginger Butter with drizzled Wasabi, and if you clicked on the link you will see it, I guarantee you it tastes just as scrumptious as it looks!
Everyone enjoyed the meal and left craving more.

Wow Russ, that looks amazing! I absolutely love Scallops. Anyway to get that to go? Maybe air mailed to the East Cost? Oh, I wish.
